West Bank:

Settlers have attacked shepherds near Hebron (IMEMC).

Fatah is looking for younger members to gain political support from Hamas (Reuters).

Israel has seized trucks carrying dual use materials (World Tribune).

Gaza:
Hamas has accused Egypt of torturing some of its members (Jerusalem Post, AFP).

Israel:

The Association for Civil Rights in Israel (ACRI) has challenged Israeli's airport security policy (Associated Press, Gulf News, Mercury News).

The Mossawa Center released its Annual Report yesterday, which details 169 cases of racism aganist the Palestinian minority in Israel (IMEMC).

Students protested at Haifa University against the visit of Avigdor Lieberman (IMEMC).

West Bank:
Israeli forces have detained a further 14 Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza (Xinhua).

The US is to give $150million in aid to the Palestinian Authority (Gulf Daily News, AFP, VOA, Reuters).

Israel:

Israel is planning a massive civil defense drill in the face of escalated tensions with Syria and Iran (Jerusalem Post, AHN).

Two right-wing Israelis were arrested for throwing stones in the Arab neighbourhood of Jabal al-Mukabr, East Jerusalem (SABC).

West Bank:

Israel:
Peace negotiations resumed yesterday between Israel and the Palestinian Authority (Arab News, Associated Press, Daily Times). The meeting was held without Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak (NY Times, Al Jazeera).

6 protesters were injured following clashes with Israeli forces at the weekly anti-wall demonstration near Bil'in (Haaretz, IMEMC).
